LebaVerse Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

LebaVerse offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually depending on the option you choose during sign-up.


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Free Plans: Can be canceled immediately without any charges.
  • Paid Plans: Cancelation stops the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

🛑 Note: Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.


3. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except in the following limited circumstances:

a. Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times due to a system error, we will issue a full or partial refund after reviewing the case.

b. Service Not Delivered

If we fail to provide access to your paid plan or features due to a technical error on our part (not caused by misuse, third-party issues, or user error), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

c. Required by Law

Refunds will be issued if required under applicable Lebanese law or consumer protection regulations.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You forgot to cancel before the next billing cycle
  • You didn’t use the service or had a change of mind
  • Issues caused by your device, internet provider, or third-party tools
  • Violations of our Terms of Service or Content Policy


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction:

We will review and respond within 5–7 business days.


6. Modifications to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically. We will notify users via platform alerts or email if changes are significant. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the revised policy.
