LebaVerse Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Service.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with capitalized initial letters have defined meanings. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Company refers to LebaVerse, operated by Al Barmajah.
• Service refers to the website, SaaS platform, and related features offered by LebaVerse.
• You means the user accessing or using the Service.
• We/Us/Our refers to the Company.

2. Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the LebaVerse Service. They form a binding agreement between You and the Company.

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to comply with these Terms and Our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree with any part of the Terms, You may not use the Service.

You represent that You are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into contracts under Lebanese law.

3. Services Provided

LebaVerse provides tools to:

• Create, customize, and manage digital vCards
• Add professional branding, contact information, and media
• Share your digital business identity through mobile-friendly links

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are liable for all activities under your account.

5. Content Ownership & Licensing

• You retain full ownership of content you upload (e.g., text, images, logos).
• By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service.
• You confirm you have legal rights to all submitted content.

6. Content Policy and Moderation

We maintain a professional, neutral environment. You may not upload or share content that includes:

• Sexual Content: Pornography, nudity, adult services
• Religious Content: Symbols, scripture, or preaching
• Hate Speech or Discrimination: Racist, sexist, homophobic, or xenophobic material
• Violence or Extremism: Threats, weapons, terrorist content
• Illegal Activities: Piracy, drugs, fraud, impersonation
• Health Misinformation: Unverified treatments or cures
• Spam or Irrelevant Content: Mass promotion or off-topic material
• Exploitation of Minors: Any such material is strictly prohibited

We reserve the right to review, remove, or moderate any content at our sole discretion.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

• Both free and paid subscription plans are available.
• Paid plans are billed automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by Lebanese law.

8. Cancellation and Termination

• You can cancel your account at any time via your dashboard.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or disrupt the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites not controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites. Use them at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LebaVerse and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or reputation.

If liability is established, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by You for the Service in the previous 12 months or USD 100, whichever is lower.

11. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility, or error-free performance.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some disclaimers may not apply to You.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LebaVerse and its affiliates harmless from any claims or damages resulting from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your uploaded content
• Your breach of these Terms

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.

All disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting us directly at info@albarmajah.com.

15. International Compliance

• EU Users: You benefit from any mandatory legal protections of your country of residence.
• US Compliance: You confirm you are not located in an embargoed country or on any U.S. restricted parties list.

16. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we’ll notify you at least 30 days in advance via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
