LebaVerse is a digital platform that enables users to create digital vCards and manage online business tools, including ecommerce stores. This Shipping & Delivery Policy is intended to clarify our non-involvement in physical product delivery and define the responsibilities of store owners using our platform.


1. Platform Provider Disclaimer

LebaVerse is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider. We do not sell, store, ship, or deliver any physical products. All transactions, shipments, and deliveries made through stores hosted on the LebaVerse platform are handled entirely by the independent store owners.

We are not responsible or liable for:

  • Shipping or fulfillment errors
  • Delays or non-delivery
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • Customs fees or international shipping restrictions
  • Product availability or condition


2. Store Owner Responsibilities

Store owners using the LebaVerse platform are fully responsible for their ecommerce operations. This includes:

  • Defining and displaying their own shipping policies on their storefronts
  • Handling order processing, fulfillment, packaging, and shipping
  • Managing delivery timelines and customer expectations
  • Providing tracking information (if applicable)
  • Responding to shipping-related inquiries, disputes, or complaints

Each store must clearly communicate:

  • Estimated delivery times
  • Shipping destinations and exclusions
  • Shipping carriers used (if applicable)
  • Return or refund policies related to shipping issues


3. Customer Expectations

If you purchase from an online store hosted on LebaVerse:

  • Review the store’s individual shipping and return policy before placing your order
  • Direct all shipping questions, disputes, or delivery concerns to the respective store owner
  • LebaVerse does not intervene in order processing, shipping delays, or fulfillment disputes


4. Digital Product Delivery

If a store offers digital goods or services, such as downloads, codes, or subscriptions:

  • Delivery is managed by the store owner, usually via email or automated links
  • Customers must contact the seller directly for access issues or delivery problems

LebaVerse has no role in digital product distribution and cannot verify delivery or usage.


5. No Liability Clause

LebaVerse is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from:

  • Delayed, missing, or incorrect deliveries
  • Customer dissatisfaction related to shipping or product receipt
  • Third-party logistics issues or failures
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import regulations

All matters relating to shipping and delivery are the sole responsibility of the store owner and their chosen delivery partners.


6. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. All changes will be communicated via platform notifications or email. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised policy.
